Waste2Oil :

 

Transformation of end of life waste plastics (polyolefins) or Waste Motor Oil, into petroleum fractions: Diesel

EN590, Gas, Naphtha, Carbon ashes etc, by PYROLYSIS technology without toxics, nor emanations, in a close circuit oxygen-

less system: 1kg plastic will generate 1 Litre of Diesel, same yield for Waste Motor Oil. NB: In case of all mixed plastics

(PET+PVC+Polyolefins) we can add a “washing line” that would separate and take out PET and PVC.

Then, only processible polyolefins will remain on the chain to be sent to PYROLYSIS technology.

 

Status : Operational from 10KG/hour batch system, up to 300KG/hour continuous feeding system. 24/24h.

 

 

Waste2med :

 

decontamination of medical infected waste through sterilisation (138°C) high pressure (3,4 Bars) and time (30-

45 min) Decontaminating med. waste to inert and disposable material.

 

Status : On the market since 2000, in more than 12 countries, easy shipment in 20’ to 40’ containers.

 

 

Waste2Life :

 

Transformation of organic waste (also plastics, cardboard, paper, pampers…) into heating pellets, or high-

quality fertiliser through special enzymes that “digest” waste resulting in 60 to 90% downsizing volume. No emanation, no

smell.

 

Status : In re-development in 2020.

 

 

H2-self-Power :

 

Generating electricity via hydrogen technology and electrolysis in closed circuit without emanation, no CO2,

no Fossils. This technology enables to generate electricity anywhere, no more needs to send power through wires. We

generate energy right where the need is, and only for that specific need. The engine runs and produces on demand only. No

stocking of energy needed. Basic principle is to provide everyone with its own electricity production(s) unit(s). Individual

homme, apartment buildings or industry.

We are able to, and will produce energy in the middle of the desert, if need be, jus adding few solar panels.

 

Status : Expected to be on the market end 2024-2025.

 

 

MSW2Power :

 

Zero waste concept: taking care of all mixed Municipal Solid waste to segregate, transform and valorise all

waste. No more incineration, no more landfills, no more potential infected underground waters.

Sorting and segregation by mechanical or semi-mechanical sorting lines, waste will be separated in different sectors:

1. All organics will be transformed into energy.
2. All plastics will be transformed into energy.
3. All other items such as: iron, metal, aluminium, paper, cardboard, glass, etc will be sold back as commodities.

 

Status : All transforming, enhancing and valorisation technologies are on the market for many years.

 

 

UAF :

 

For Urban Automated Farming. Technology to grow salads, fruits, small vegetables right where the need is, in an

automated air and water and nutriment quality controlled, by “Hyperponie” technology. (Roots in water, plant in

“brumisation”, kind of high-density humidity smog) This concept will help shorten transportation since it can be implanted

in the middle of a city (ideally in an disaffected industrial building). By having air and nutriment quality controlled, crops

have optimum taste, smell, and appearance. Pus: more yearly harvesting periods.

 

Status : Ready for industrialisation now.
